Cohort-based program across two cohorts with three sessions and 1:1 coaching in between, so leaders could experience coaching, not only learn techniques.
Outcomes
Leaders strengthened coaching mindsets and reflective communication, gaining a deeper felt sense of coaching distinct from teaching and advising.
Immersive Leadership Program for University Students
New York in-person component · 10 participants

Challenge
Provide an in-person, immersive cohort-based program in New York to complement virtual training sessions and collectively achieve shared learning objectives.
Approach
Combined input and output with a thoughtful cadence; curated a mix of speaker sessions, networking, and skill training workshops unique to New York while ensuring all providers were culturally aware and contextually appropriate.
Outcomes
Deeper transformation and expansion of previously held beliefs and assumptions; participants equipped with peer and mentor relationships that lasted beyond their time in New York; high satisfaction scores; broadened understanding of what leading self and others means.
