Our engagements begin with 6 sessions over 4-6 months — long enough to move through real change, not just surface it. The structure is designed to fit your pace and what the moment asks for.
With your explicit permission, I also use Granola (session notes) and Claude to help surface patterns, deepen awareness, and keep momentum between sessions. You can opt out entirely — we'll talk about what feels right in our first conversation.
