  • You can explore the coach's profile here. All inquiries start with a 30-minute consultation to determine if we are the right fit for your needs.

    If needed, we can refer you to other certified coaches in our network, allowing you to explore and compare options to find the coach that best aligns with your goals.

  • Our standard coaching package includes six (6) 60-minute sessions, though we offer flexibility based on your needs. All sessions are conducted via Zoom.

    Sessions are typically scheduled at mutually convenient times, ideally once every two weeks over a three-month period. After completing the six sessions, we will discuss if continuing would be beneficial.

  • Pricing varies based on the specifics of your coaching needs. After the initial 30-minute consultation, we will discuss the best package options for you. For individuals with financial constraints, we offer financial assistance on a case-by-case basis.
